Our outside sales territories extend across much of South Georgia and North Florida. Personal attention and scheduled service always come first. Whether it’s replenishing your bolt bins or keeping your maintenance supplies stocked, we can address many of your specific needs. With over 400 years of combined experience, our sales staff proves to be a knowledgeable resource to assist you in any way possible. Our goal is to provide you with the correct product solution for your specific application. Many of our sales people are equipped with specific industrial knowledge from previous work experience in a particular field. Delivery

We offer free delivery in our normal trading area on a scheduled basis. The current regional delivery area for Miller Hardware Company includes 37 counties in both Georgia and Florida. Aside from local & regional delivery, we ship product via UPS or palletized through select carriers. Delivery orders may be placed via phone, fax, email, or web. Addresses are deemed eligible for delivery solely by our discretion. If a particular order requires special attention, please do not hesitate to call to insure proper fulfillment.

Special Orders

With access to over 1,200 manufacturers, if we do not have your desired product on hand, there’s a likely chance we can source it in a timely manner. With over 285 direct relationships with our vendors, we have the ability to bring in specific product direct from the manufacturer, thus eliminating excess handling and unnecessary freight charges. We encourage you to contact us by phone for any questions or special requests you may have.

One of the most common and quickest methods of transaction is via counter pickup. We encourage you to place your order through the following outlets:

Online Resources

We constantly strive to provide our customers with an easily accessible way to view and order our products. We based our design around providing a user friendly interface that provides the customer accurate and relevant product information. We encourage you to search for products through the search bar, by filtering on department, or by a specific brand. We value your feedback and will certainly try to accommodate your needs or desires.

Credit Extensions

We are proud to offer charge accounts to customers with appropriate credit ratings. Payments and limitations are determined through our accounting department pending an application process. Please contact us directly (1.800.777.3912) to request a credit application. By opening an account, you become eligible to:

- Receive enhanced customer support through multiple outlets. A few of which include: delivery scheduling, purchase history tracking, stored estimates & quotes, ability to generate an authorized buyers' list

- Receive a monthly statement of account balance

- Payment terms of Net 10th Prox, Net 30 Days, or stored credit card (cards will bill at time of each invoice)

- Ability to assign and track purchase orders

- Ability to receive an automated email including image of invoice and signee's signature at time of transaction
